The Project  For POCKETFEST, ART:DIS visual artists developed spoken-word pieces inspired by their own artworks and the artworks of their peers. 

The Work  Su supported the artists in bringing the written poems into performance. The process considered: Clear expression, Vocal expression, Rhythm, Confidence, Audience connection, Ensemble presence. 

The Creative Focus  How can an artwork continue beyond the canvas? The performance invited artists to step into another art form and give visual work a new voice through spoken word.
